锦珑文创园以“产业对接、园区共建、平台合用、消费一体”为切入点，升级园区资源配置，促进园内要素有序流动，推动相关产业的结构优化、业态创新，聚焦时尚文化创意设计产业，正逐步发展成为文创服务业“高端、时尚、国际、多元”的文化创意品牌。

园区由清华大学建筑设计学院设计团队操刀，保留工业复古风格注入现代设计创意元素，赋予老旧厂房与现代化城市发展相结合的新功能。园区定位的核心高订企业及配套上下游企业占20%以上。合理的布局促进了园区企业的闭环式发展，及周边行业的协同发展。
Thepark is operated by the top design team of the School ofArchitectural Design of Tsinghua University. While retaining theindustrial retro style, it also injects modern design creativeelements to endow the old factory buildings with new functionscombined with the development of modern cities. The core high orderenterprises and supporting upstream and downstream enterprisespositioned in the park account for more than 20%. The reasonablelayout has promoted the closed-loop development of enterprises inthe park and the coordinated development of surroundingindustries.
