Itspredecessor can be traced back to the Tianmin Mechanism FlourFactory, which was established in 1918. Now, it has emerged as a"big mill cultural and creative park", becoming a new cultural andcreative territory on the south central axis. 13 buildings withdifferent external forms and internal spaces have been completelypreserved. The original French red bricks are still preserved onthe facade. The flour milling equipment placed in the park is awitness to the history of Beijing's grainindustry.
园区保留了原有的法式红砖建筑，正对着大门的4号楼是路演大厅，可以承接小型演出和商务活动；两侧的1号楼和3号楼是办公区，房屋面积从25平方米至2000平方米不等，可以随意组合。便利的交通和优质的服务吸引了不少文化体育企业入驻，包括FIBA国际篮联、中国搜索、主选商城、创动空间等知名企业。
