TheAsia Finance Building is located in Yard 1, East Tianchen Road,Chaoyang District, with a total construction scale of 390,000square meters, including 259,000 square meters above the ground and82.95 meters in height. It is the headquarters office of the AsianInfrastructure Investment Bank, and Beitou Group is responsible forthe investment, construction and later operation. The atrium istransparent and tall. Four three storey steel structure units aresurrounded in the southeast, northwest and northwest. They arearranged in staggered layers in the longitudinal space. Every threefloors are connected by a conversion layer. The modeling imagecorresponds to the Chinese traditional architectural art of tenonand mortise connection, like a giant "Luban lock". Decorativecolumns like towering trees with a "clear water texture" areinterspersed in the atrium, giving the building a sense ofreturning to nature. When people stand beside the decorativecolumns, they can see the dancing sunshine without any auxiliarylighting.
