中国尊的建筑构思源于中国传统礼器之重宝——“尊”的意象。建筑高耸直入云端,表现出顶天立地之势。其外形自下而上自然缩小,形成稳重大气的金融形象,同时顶部逐渐放大,享受独在云端的无限风光,形成中部略有收分的双曲线建筑造型,使这一建筑林立在CBD核心区的摩天楼群中也能明显体现出庄重的东方神韵。
The architectural conception ofChina Zun originates from the image of "Zun", the importanttreasure of Chinese traditional ritual vessels. The building istowering into the clouds, showing a towering momentum. Its shapenaturally shrinks from bottom to top, forming a stable and grandfinancial image. At the same time, the top gradually enlarges,enjoying the unlimited scenery of being alone in the cloud, andfinally forms a hyperbolic architectural shape with a slightharvest in the middle, so that this building can also clearlyreflect the solemn oriental charm in the skyscrapers in the CBDcore area.
中国尊旨在成为北京绿色和可持续性发展的。设计公司在规划设计中贯彻低碳环保的理念,通过调节建筑物的高度结构和方位朝向,充分利用冬季阳光和夏季自然风的流动;建立起一套区域能源系统,实现区域集中供冷供热系统,减少20%-40%的能源消耗。
