In addition to the media office andstudio production functions, the building has arranged a largenumber of interactive experience spaces open to the public toreflect the unique open management concept of PhoenixMedia.
建筑的整体设计逻辑是用一个具有生态功能的外壳将具有独立维护使用的空间包裹在里面，体现了楼中楼的概念，两者之间形成许多共享形公共空间。在东西两个共享空间内，设置了连续的台阶、景观平台、空中环廊和通天的自动扶梯，使得整个建筑充满着动感和活力。

凤凰国际传媒中心在建造和运营中都遵循了LEED 铂金级的标准，也开创性的运用了很多高效务实的举措。以一个外部的雨水收集系统和建筑内部高大空间的自然换气原理。在外罩的上方设有61 个电动天窗，内部的办公楼和演播楼有 30 米的高差，这个高差极大的加强了建筑的“烟囱效应”。
