懋隆文化创意产业园位于北京市朝阳区三间房东路一号，占地面积约12万平方米。地处国家文化产业创新实验区内，总建筑面积6万平方米。园区前身为北京外贸三间房工艺品仓库，始建于上世纪六十年代中期。2012年，老旧仓库完成一期改造工程，建设成为懋隆文化产业创意园，于2012年12月19日正式开园运营。随着众多高端文创企业入驻。园区初步形成特色鲜明的中外高端工艺品及品牌文化休闲产品展示、销售、创意中心和传媒企业总部聚集中心。2020年，懋隆文创园获评“2020年北京市级文化产业园区”及“北京市朝阳区文化事业产业融合发展示范园区。
