咏园位于东城区永生巷4号，依托区域及其资源，承载了非遗创作、研发、设计、试制、展示、销售、体验及培训等业态，形成了一个非物质文化遗产的业态园区。
Located at No. 4,Yongsheng Lane, Dongcheng District, Yongyuan Park, relying on theregion and its resources, carries the forms of intangible culturalheritage creation, research and development, design, trialproduction, exhibition, sales, experience and training, forming anintangible cultural heritage industry park.
原址为北京市三露厂，2003年三露厂迁址。2018年三露厂启动招租，首创非遗中标并开始对老厂区升级改造，建成了如今名为咏园的非遗主题文创园。
Theoriginal site is Beijing Sanlu Factory, which was relocated in2003. In 2018, Sanlu Factory started renting, won the bid for thefirst intangible cultural heritage and began to upgrade the oldfactory, building an intangible cultural heritage theme creativepark now called Yongyuan.
咏园园区有九如楼、鹿鸣苑、章天楼、棠颂楼、采薇楼、琼华楼、穆清楼和朝雨楼8座，其承载的功能共同形成了园区内非遗全业态产业链。
Yongyuan Park has 8buildings, including Jiuru Building, Luming Garden, Zhang Tianlou,Tangsong Building, Caiwei Building, Qionghua Building, MuqingBuilding and Chaoyu Building. Their functions together form theindustrial chain of intangible cultural heritage in thepark.
